MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced the schedule of selling and actual draws for 2022 Yuletide season.

There will be NO LOTTO OPERATIONS on December 25 (Christmas Day) and January 1, 2023 (New Year).

On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, PCSO will shorten the selling period with actual draws in the morning and afternoon.


December 24 and 31
: lotto draws would be held earlier at 11:30 a.m. for the morning draw, followed by 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., for the afternoon draw.

Meanwhile, the regular selling and draw will resume on December 26, 2022 and January 2, 2023 respectively.


For STL Departmentalized draws in Visayas, PCSO has adjusted selling and draw schedule:

  • December 24, 2022: Draw adjusted to 9:00AM, 11:00AM, 1:00PM
  • December 25, 2022: NO selling and NO draws
  • December 26, 2022: Resumption of Regular Selling and Draws
  • December 31, 2022: Draw adjusted to 9:00AM, 11:00AM, 1:00PM
  • January 1, 2023: NO selling and NO draws
  • January 2, 2023: Resumption of Regular Selling and Draws

STL Departmentalized draw schedule in Mindanao:

  • December 24, 2022: Draw adjusted to 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM
  • December 25, 2022: NO selling and NO draws
  • December 26, 2022: Resumption of Regular Selling and Draws
  • December 31, 2022: Draw adjusted to 10:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM
  • January 1, 2023: NO selling and NO draws
  • January 2, 2023: Resumption of Regular Selling and Draws

The PCSO serves as the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character.

One of its key programs is the medical access program, which is designed to augment the medical needs of Filipinos nationwide, particularly hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.

The program is funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
