MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will name soon the top performing schools in the April 2023 Real Estate Broker board exam. The full list of performance of schools is available on this page as expected to be released on Tuesday, April 18 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban on April 16, 2023.

Meanwhile, here’s the performance of schools in the April 2023 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2022 Real Estate Broker board exams, none of the schools qualified for the top performing schools list.
In the June 2019 Real Estate Broker board exams, University of Mindanao – Davao City topped the board with 92.31% or 12 out of 13 passed. Trinity University of Asia followed with 86.67% or 13 out of 15 passed.
The Real Estate broker board exams in June 2018 was postponed per PRC Resolution No. 1108, series of 2018. The 2020-2021 licensure exams were also cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, PRC did not release list of top performing schools in the December 2017 Real Estate Broker exams.
