MANILA, Philippines – The April 2023 Registered Master Electrician (RME) board exam results, including the full list of passers, are expected to be released online on Wednesday, May 3 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electrical Engineering conducted the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination (RMELE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan on April 27, 2023.
PRC also administered Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exam in the same test locations on April 25 and 26, 2023.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Electrical Engineering board exam verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online. Visit PRC’s “Verification of Rating” service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this can be available in few days after the exam.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1589 s. 2022, the target release of results for the recent Electrical Engineer board exam is on Wednesday, May 3, 2033 or in three (3) working days after the series of exams.
However, results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the September 2022 Registered Master Electrician (RME) board exam, PRC released results in four (4) working days. A total of 2,433 out of 3,857 successfully passed the exams.
In the April 2022 RME board exam, PRC announced results in three (3) working days. A total of 1,717 out of 3,712 passed the exams.
In the September 2021 RME board exams, results were made available after seven (7) working days. The agency listed 1,506 out of 2,233 who passed the exams.
In the last RME board exams before the pandemic (September 2019), PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 2,634 out of 4,424 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the exams.
